Do I pay anything to get a quote?
No. The estimate, the formal quote and the short storyboard are all free. Payment starts with the deposit, after you have read the short storyboard.
How is the payment split?
50% deposit after the short storyboard, 50% balance after you approve the final cut. Card, Toss Pay and virtual accounts run through Toss Payments; USDT is coming later. Clean master files unlock once the balance is paid.
How many revisions do I get?
Two revision rounds on the storyboard and two on the video. On the preview you pause and leave a note at the exact second — the team works from that list. Further rounds are quoted first.
Who owns the finished video?
You do — commercial use across your own channels and paid media, with no time limit. Licensed music and voice follow their own terms, stated in the quote.
What proof of payment do I get?
Card payments produce a card sales slip, which is valid proof of expense on its own — you can download it from your project. A cash receipt is available for virtual account transfers.
